Been doing brawls with my friend...every single match, he's been getting effects for plenty of the knight characters. He eventually got the whole new outfit for Warden as just a reward for completing the matches and yet the most I've gotten is an ornament and a new head for my spear on Glad. Can anyone tell us why he's getting the new mask effect and whole outfits and why I'm lucky to get an ornament? I'd like to get the outfit for free as well lol.

I keep being awarded effects for characters I don't play. The game knows I don't play them because they're all rep 0 level 1. RNG at it's worst.

It's likely just a poor luck of the draw, as all players have an equal chance to obtain the ornament, the battle outfit, the effects or pieces of event gear. The only factor that may raise your chances is whether or not you have Champion Status. Champion Status will increase your chances to obtain loot at the end of a match.

The same for me looted 23 rewards for different characters, while farmed weapons for my 2 mains. Got both weapons but from those 23 rewards nothing was for those two mains.
3 ornaments, 3-4 costumes, and plenty of animations. Buy not lucky enough yet.

The rewards themselves are intended to drop randomly for each hero. The gear sets, however, will drop for the hero being played.

I got all the loot for DLC characters that i dont even have unlocked... so stupid.
