This update will further effect 9k pred users. This build doesnt have enough skill power to give effective healing with first aid. Sacrificing stamina isnt an option and sacrificing firearms or rolling skill power as stats on gear pieces will weaken the bleed. Interested in hearing what you pred users think about it and how you will overcome it.
There is nothing to say. I have never been a fan of running the meta builds and Ubi/Massive continue to see to it that I won't have too, by nerfing. They have actually went to great lengths so when nerfing something else, they shall nerf what sets I do use.. I have lived with it this long.Originally Posted by Garyfairbrass Go to original post
Every time they make a significant change to a gear set, they should really give everyone the option of resetting the rolls on that gear so they can reconfigure it based on the change.
Actually, it should be an option for all gear sets because you might have rolled another gear set in such a way to counter a gear set that was nerfed and no longer need that counter.
Just give us a option to pay 500 phoenix credits to reset each piece of gear.
In an eleventh hour game, this is probably all they will do...nerf. Anti cheat was never going to happen with this engine...apparently.Originally Posted by hyper---sniper Go to original post
The longer the station is down, the greater the heal. This change was done to have players commit to the station if they really want that large burst. There are a few more details in the SOTG, and we'll have full patch notes next week.Originally Posted by Iuseseekersonly Go to original post
I think strikers will still be very powerfull but will be a little more balanced. The change to med station is going to change up the game to, however im curious to see what players now run instead of two healing skills. I have a feeling shock terrets will rise again. This change is going to effect team composition I believe. Now you really need a healer or some other support build. If you have not seen marcos new vid on update, you should watch it. He makes alot of very valid points that are about this set and the community.Originally Posted by Demiz3r Go to original post
Marco is a moron. His precious striker gets a nerf in PvP and he cries that it should be nerfed in PvE as well. Marco is not a dedicated PvE player he is a dedicated PvP all his build videos are PvP related and that's all he is interested in.
More so he has posted many videos in the past crying for nerfs for sets, skills, builds, weapons. Although he maintains its for the "good of the game" its not its for him personally. He cried for skill build nerfs in pvp and we got skill builds nerfed into the ground in PvP from being OP one shots to tickle builds, no in between . He cried for Predator and nomad in PvP and many more nerfs and we ended up with a striker meta. Not one of these cries for PvP nerfs considered the impact in PvE but now his Striker is nerfed he spits the dummy out and stamps he feet and wants the PvE side nerfed as well because its not fair.
PvE is not all striker and healer builds as he claims. There are many different people out there playing PvP with mixed groupings. D3, Reclaimer, Tactician, Sentry, Lonestar, Hybrid builds.
Point is had he not cried so hard for other PvP nerfs which ended up affecting PvE without taking PvE into consideration maybe his comments would have some validity but in this instance he is completely out of hand.
While its not all his fault and i don't think for one minute what he says goes with Massive his role in the community influences the sheep that can't think for themselves and if Marco says it must be true or correct.
Instead of throwing out the videos for content on why this or that should be nerfed for PvP maybe he should start to consider the impact it has on PvE and PvP before making a comment.
