Conq its really good in duel im feel his really bad in dominion many people want his to get buff and rework

Conqueror is currently a bit too strong in 1v1 but doesn’t shine that much in 4v4 as you will see later. We are considering some small nerfs in the future like the damage nerf we did on his light attack during patch 1.22

I only read the first paragraph, but no, he is really far from weak in 4v4. There are at least three different playstyle where he is very strong.
1. Zoneguard
Take the conqueror feat, the haymaker (or whatever it is called) or maybe the juggernaut feat, the heal on block feat and the catapult or the uninterruptible feat. Hold a zone, play very defensively if more than one opponent is coming to attack you. Stall the enemy by throwing out zones and fullblocks, hold the revenge if you have it until you absolutely need it. You will either get help, or at least stall two or three people for almost a minute before you fall. If you are really good, you even have realistic chance to pull off the 1v2/3. If you are left unchallenged, you boost up your zone and feats quickly and win for the team. Take high defense and high revenge defense gear on the expense of stamina, take whatever attack gear you want (probably revenge gain with as high attack as possible). You don't need any stamina gear.
2. Reviver/support dps
Take the speed revive feat, the haymaker, the punch through and the catapult, take gear that supports fast revive, block damage and revenge mode attack. Take high stamina gear with reasonable defense (obviously not lower than 0). Stick to one or two team mate, and support their offense with shieldbashes and guardbreaks, throw out chains to wither down the opponents' hp with block damage, and if your team mate is injured (or you are outnumberd), go forward and hold them off for him with zones, fullblocks and parries/blocks (don't forget to use superior heavies and superior dodges either). In ganks/team fights, your first priority is reviving and supporting. I think that the best heroes to work with are vanguards for the conq (plus nobushi, lawbringer, highlander, so the long range heroes with good damage to compensate the conq's weaknesses), but finding a competent team mate is more important. A good assassin is also a good team mate, but if you can, avoid pairing up with other slug-ish heroes.
3.Frontline fighter
I wouldn't recommend for this character the minion-killer role, but you can take the body count, the haymaker, the heal on block and the catapult for that playstyle. The fact that minion hits heal you a little on block, and that your zone has a fullblock property and the bodycount gives you hp and stamina means that you can stay practically as much as you want on mid and keep the zone from falling as long as you are alive, but since you need high stamina build, you will have bad defense, and a coordinated team will target you quickly. You are still a challenge to take down though, so you aren't that weak, just the two other playstyle simply superior.
I personally think that the conqueror is not just one of the strongest, but THE strongest in 4v4 modes too. He has especially strong feats and tools, he has something for almost any situation, he is one of the best for both ganking and surviving ganking, he has one of the largest health pool and with the right gear, high damage, good mobility etc. The thing is, you can't be selfish or play the lone wolf game with him, you need either your team or an objective to be good (don't play him like you would play an assassin). You also have to be patient: your number one priority is staying alive, not killing, if you throw out an attack and it's highly possible that you will also eat damage in return, it's mostly best not doing it. Just try to play more patiently, I am sure you will find out that he is very strong in 4v4 with a little practice.
