I suggest you take these 3 days to look at yourself in the mirror and decide if you want to grow up, or continue to be an immature child. Good luck

This is similar to those people who talk in theaters or other entertainment and use the excuse " I paid my money i can do what i want". Well so did everyone else around you. You paid to watch the show not "Do what you want". You can watch or leave... Thats it.
You paid for the game, which you have. You signed an agreement to abide by certain rules (whether you read them or not). You have every right to the game you paid for... You have no right to the servers or game chat that resides within. You broke the rules and got called on it. Suck it up and go play story mode till your ban is removed. YOU chose to write the profanity. Stop trying to blame everyone else for YOUR choices and actions.
Silly millennial, the world doesnt revolve around you. Time to pop that bubble of you being the special snowflake that the world owes you something. Welcome to being held responsible for your own actions.

Now personally yes I turned off the language filter and I tend to ignore it unless someone goes on a rant at someone over a few games, but having signed the terms and conditions there isn't a comeback to them moderating according to the terms you signed on that you agreed to. If you don't like them then fair enough, don't sign it, don't use their product, that is your right, it is also their right to say that if you don't agree to their rules you don't get to use their software and that if you sign on and breach the conditions they set they may take action for it.

People either fail to read what they sign or decide that it doesn't apply to them, then act butthurt when called on it, that is on them, not the people who laid out those terms and conditions to begin with.

1: Wow are you kiddos cucked by big business. You really have no idea do you?

    A) ToS's and EULA's are famous for being practically unenforceable in court, they've been struck down many times by many a judge. Deal with it.

    B) "Signed" I defy Ubisoft or any of you to produce my actual signature on any of these virtual "documents" where the product you paid for is held hostage until you "agree" to a non-agreement, or let it remain a paperweight.

2: More emphasis on the "cucked by big business part". You really must not understand how egregious or asinine it is for a company to issue suspensions/bans over something so petty as words. Hackers, Cheaters, Exploiters, sure. But they took the time and spent the money on building tools to turn off and on the chat system. They put the effort in to GIVE PLAYERS THE TOOLS to block and mute. So in what sense is there in banning people? I'll tell you why in 3.

3: (This is the important part) If they ban you, statistically speaking most customers are just going to buy/get another copy of the game, make a new account, start over from scratch, buy more steel/ skins/ season passes, etc.

This generates more revenue for them. It's not about "preserving customer game experience" because you dopes turned off your profanity filters and got your thin skinned feelings hurt, it's about ripping more people off and getting more money for their virtual crap!

Think about it: I'm a grown *** man, I sure as hell am not going to cow or change myself for Ubi$oft. They aren't my parents, my boss, or anyone in position of authority. I - PAY - THEM, for their digital crap, that I then play with. Nothing more, nothing less, and the fact that you guys are jumping through mental hoops to defend their over-reaching corporate bull$hit disgusts me.

This really says it all. We have a public Code of Conduct. Don't violate it and there should be no issues with suspensions.

I'm closing this thread because I don't anticipate this conversation going well.
