Could you guys consider designing a (free-for-all) King Of The Hill mode? Maybe consisting of only 4 players or something so it's not too much of a mess. Maybe some new maps for it.
Also, how about extra "target cycle left" and "target cycle right" functions that we can map to keys of our own choice in the options menu? At least for PC—don't know how that'd work on consoles. Sometimes I cycle to the wrong target when getting ganked or when doing team fights.

From my understanding, they've been thinking of improvements to the targeting system for quite awhile, but haven't found a perfect solution that they want to implement for testing yet. Just know that they are working on figuring something out for that. A lot of people have complained about not being able to target the correct person in a teamfight and it ends up causing issues.
You are correct that making the change work for both console and PC platforms will make it much more complicated.
