Please, remove them from the game.
From "lvl 1" deplete stamina" feats from Orochi or Shaman to lvl 4 Catapults, remove them all. They are game breakers.
Use the time now that you are adding perks to remove them from the game.
Moreover, they are not even leveled. How can you compare a lvl 1 feat to capture bases faster from Warden or Revive faster from Warlord to DEPLETE STAMINA from several characters? How can you compare a lvl 4 fire flask from vikings to a catapult from Knights or the spike trap from the shaman?
Suggestions:
- Remove them.
- Make them unique per team (there cannot be 2 catapults in the same team).
- Make them of 1-use only. (Please combine this one with the previous suggestion).
- Apply some penalties to them. (Stamina depletion is for all characters including the caster - so it becomes a defensive perk. Shaman spike trap takes 10 seconds to set and it needs to do a random quick time event otherwise it explodes on her hands, Berserker needs to pick up the axe after throwing it, Stamina consumption of carrying a bow is higher from the start, etc.).
- In case of catapults, barrages, spears, etc., make them take longer, so players can leave the area and it can only be used effectively (in dominion, for example, against soldier crowds).
- Make a playlist where they don't apply.
- Remove them.

I completely agree that feats need to be reworked/rebalanced. In their current form, they are absolutely unbalanced. Some characters benefit significantly from their feats and others barely notice the difference. That needs to be leveled out so that each character receives the same amount of benefit from their feats.
Lv 4 feats should be strong, but not enough to immediately wipe out a whole team. Catapults, spear storms, unblockable, etc all are far too powerful (this is coming from a Highlander main, and I can personally say I've won countless matches with spear storm alone).
I personally would like to see the feat system redone in a way that improves upon specific aspects of SPECIFIC character kits. Since this game is somewhat similar in design to a MOBA, you can think of it like "talents". These don't all give you special abilities, some of them simply improve the abilities you already have. For example, a feat for gladiator could increase the damage of attacks against out of stamina opponents. A feat for Highlander could make his next kick knock someone to the ground. A feat for Warden could be changing his attack speed in exchange for more/less damage depending on if he wants to be slower/faster. A feat for valk could be the Winner's Advantage that Highlander has, where successive attacks do bonus damage.
Things that compliment and improve specific aspects of a character's design would make more sense as feats than grenades (Looking at you Lawbringer). That's just my 2 cents.
