I'm not talking about lag, op heroes or the lack of players. I'm talking about the mid game conection problems kicking everyone off the match, the error messages while searching for a game that cancels the queue, and finally the frozen screen when loading the match. These problems pisses off players patience.
I love this game, and I really enjoy playing it with friends, but the absence of maintenance eventually pushes people away, and this could be a bigger problem along with the already lack of players.

The freeze problem is the CD I believe....when it makes that error noise before cutting out it. My CD is in perfect condition and still this happens. It's the only CD I own that my Xbox had difficulty running and playing <on occasion>. I've just accepted it as a generic fault if the game. Still would have been nice if it came with a free download version as the CD has been doing it since I purchased the game so I know others, possibly like yourself, are having the same issue.

I get errors while matchmaking,dc'de during matches and frozen loadscreens. Makes me wonder why they're adding new content and launching a free event with so many existing old problems that stopped people playing in the first place. Features that are simply standard in all modern games . Do they actually think people enjoy spending their free time watching load screens with the occasional interuption of an extremely one sided match ? I want new players.
