    Warden is broken

That's it. All warden mains are happy because it gave them much needed range and flow, but the problem is the shoulder bash cancel. See, having an unblockable, uninterruptible move that can be used as a feint puts whoever is facing it in a very uncomfortable position. It can't be stopped by attacking, it having hyper shield and all. It can't be stopped with guard break, for the same reason. Sure, you can dodge, but with the improved tracking, it's harder. And even then, very rarely does a Warden commit to the shoulder bash, because while they're on it, they pretty much have the perfect bait: if their opponent attacks, they commit and nail heavy damage. If their opponent tries GB (in the crazy event) they get a guaranteed hit. If their opponent dodges, they just cancel it. And even on a full commit, there's not much penalty for failing: after a hit, they can parry as normal.

It speaks volumes that on 18 consecutive duels, I found 18 consecutive Wardens. They are broken.

As a sidenote, I find ridiculous that losing three duels gets me from Gold V to Silver III. Getting a penalty for losing rank so that one loses more rank? What's the logic behind that?

Anyways, I know all of you are going to say "git gud", and all the Warden mains will say it's not broken, because, of course, why would they. In that case, advice to play against Warden. I play as assassin classes, mainly PK (which got horribly nerfed) and Shaman (which I can manage, but gods, that Shoulder Bash).

When the rework came out i played a bit with worden to get the new moves and the new shoulder bash, when he’s charging the shoulder bash i found, in my opinion, than instead of rolling back you just step back and when he misses he’ll right in your face and that’s a free guard break, i used to doge early as soon as they started to charge and always got caught, just wait a bit and you’ll be able to doge it or counter gb if he feint it

Shoulderbash does NOT have Hyperarmor from the start. You can counter it by just throwing a Light Bro, so it is really a L2P issue on your side. And no, I am not a Warden Main.

Warden gameplay is just obnoxious. Always has been. They can be complete turtles and at the same time they have that one tool that effortlessly grants them damage via SB mix-ups. And it's easily accessible unlike certain other UBs.

Most fights involving wardens just revolve around guessing the correct timing to dodge until you throw a light to interrupt his SB and then he starts to bait it with feints.

Either way, it's not a fun experience and mildly tedious at best.

Yeah, your Centurion and Lawbringer are much better to fight, right?

Gosh, people playing super annoying Characters complain about other annoying Characters. I guess that's just how it works in Fighting Games Forums...

The team's paying close attention to the performance of the Warden post-rework. From Candle's summary of the last Warrior's Den:

How does the team feel about the warden rework so far? They like it, seems to be performing well in duels, always nice to feel do we need to nerf it a little rather than should we buff it. They were also asked does he rely too much on the shoulderbash? He has a pretty simple kit by design as an introductory character, they added the forward dodge heavy but they don't want to overdo the kit.
    Thanks everyone for your feedback!

i love the rework. wardens are fun to play and arent super easy to fight anymore. before they were trash. all they could do was turtle. no, stop calling for nerfs. just ask for your characters to get a buff. you losing because of lack of skill and because PK was nerfed hard, does not mean hes broken. complain about pk, not warden.
