So I was watching my friend whose main is the Gladiator and he was looking for a new execution to buy and we both saw something really cool that he has an option to pick. There are two executions where once the animation starts it actually shows the losing character fighting back a bit. I know a lot of people pick the most brutal execution or the most embarrassing but I can tell you that if my mains had an option to get a execution where the animation shows the enemy fighting back a bit I would totally pick it as one of my choices since you get two
You can choose 4 executions. On console, when you go to choose an execution hold down X or Y (Xbox control) over the execution off your choosing and it will bind to that. Then when you go to execute someone in a fight, hold down either of those buttons instead of tapping it, and you will get a 3rd or 4th execution.
He knows, he was just lettimg you know youre not only stuck with just two executions at a time.Originally Posted by KSI K9 HANDLER Go to original post
Anyway the Devs have stated they like the brutal executions as well but not everyone wants just brutal executions or ones with people fighting back.
So you can expect to have a mix of both further down the road.
Yes I tend to keep one on hand for a player thats being a do*che. Puts em in place every timeOriginally Posted by Rockland02370 Go to original post
IMO there is nothing more infuriating that having to watch a humiliating execution after being cheesed to death by a toxic player for the eighth time. These executions make the game way more toxic and personal than it should be and it's getting worse and worse.
I'm gonna hit you with a little analogy from Battlefield 1. See I like to play Battlefield in hardcore mode, which alongside less HUD (which I turn off entirely anyway) also has 200% bullet damage and NO killcam. So if you get sniped (which happens much more often) it's WAY less frustrating or infuriating, because you don't have to look at the shooter or bring up the scoreboard to justify your rage, because "Of course he killed me! Look at him with his 45/2 k/d! f*ing snipers!". It's more like:"Oh.. I'm dead. better avoid that spot next time". Imagine every time you got killed in Battlefield you would have to watch some stupid humiliating dance-animation of your opponent mocking you. That would be insane, but it's pretty much what these For Honor executions have turned into.
I'm fine with giving children these executions if they absolutely need them too boost their egos, but at least give me an option to skip them and go straight into spectator view, it's the least you could do.
