    Crashing to desktop

I recently re-installed Wildlands on my steam account. Every time I launch the game I can get to the main menu but as soon as I hit the start new campaign/continue campaign button at the top the loading screen appears before crashing out to desktop with no warning messages. This also occurs when I hit to run benchmark test in the settings, loading screen then crash.

At one stage when launching the game it froze on the epileptic warning message, I ctrl, alt, del to bring up task manager and after abit of time I received an error message:
    game security violation detected (#00000001)

As it is now the game is just completely unplayable, not sure if that warning message has anything to do with the loading screen crash but if anyone knows a fix please let me know.

    I've tried:

    1. Verifying game files in steam
    2. Running the game as admin
    3. running the game in compatibility mode (windows 8 and 7)

Hi PublicVoodoo. I'm sorry to hear that. Are you running the Windows Insider program?

What is your Windows "OS build" number? It can be found under Windows Settings->System->About.

Tried all of the solutions in that guide nothing works, the game still crashes when pressing to continue game and gives no reason for the crash.

There is likely a security conflict between some software and EAC. Please disable all background programs and then try the game again.
