Can't access season pass DLC on Uplay?

    Hey,

Firstly, I apologise if this has been solved elsewhere or if im missing something obvious, im just really struggling with this!

I originally bought Far Cry 5 on Steam, however when I bought the dlc, I paid for it on uplay (not through steam).

The dlc doesn't show up in game, and when i click "add on packs" it asks for me to buy them individually, as if its not recognising the season pass?

Weirdly, although my Paypal was billed, it doesn't even show up in my order history either?

    Please help!

    Thanks,
    Jordan

Well you messed up , Try to be cheap do you ?!

Now you have to contact Ubisoft support and ask for refund on the DLC

The reason why the DLC is not working, is that is not compatible with Steam Version.
You get base game on Steam you must get any other DLCs for that game also on Steam.

Hi ExileR6. Uplay DLC and Steam base game (and the opposite) are not compatible. Please create a ticket and our shop team will be able to help!

Nothing to do with being cheap, the uplay version was £26 just like Steam, I simply didn't realise they weren't compatible.

Also, congrats on being the person to reply to my first ever post on these forums with an arrogant answer, must be proud.

You not the only person who made that mistake, and most of the times the reason was cause Uplay version DLC was cheaper.
Simple browsing trough Steam or Ubi forum, you would find your answer.
I my self never buy Ubisoft games on steam.
I get Uplay version on key sites, the games and DLCs are loot more cheaper even on new releases than in Ubi store or Steam

    Hey guys,

ExileR6 came here for assistance, there was no need to make them feel unwelcome, or continue the argument.

If you need any further assistance please let us know.

I'll now be closing this thread.
