    I'm getting this error and I've been trying every 4 or 5 hours for a day now. They are running a major sale, you might think they'd wanna fix cart/checkout issues ASAP.

    Feel bad reviving a dead thread but I've got the same issues. My first time attempting this though, so I don't know if there's a certain timing I have to get down or if Ubi's fumbled again.

    Same issue last night. Error has occurred when trying to get the discount across all browsers. Woke up to find the issue still there. Pretty sweet how the Units break just a few days before Ubi starts to delete them.

    Hi, this error seems to have cropped up again Neither I nor my friends can claim our promo codes. Does anyone from Ubisoft know if this is being fixed? Thanks

    Same here,

    I'm assuming this is deliberate as the sale is on.

    Any bets it will "magically" fix itself tomorrow, after the sale is over (just like the last few times this happened.)

    No purchase unless it gets fixed,

    Useless.

    Been trying to an hour to claim a discount code with 100 points. I clicked on the checbox to agree then hit yes. and its says "An error has occurred, please try again later." everytime.
