Was the Pecekeeper Nerfed in the last several months? | Forums

I haven't played for several months. Just recently came back. I csnt help but notice that it's incredibly hard to use the peace keeper effectively anymore. Was she nerfed? Am I just bad now lol? She just seems slow and too easy to block. Whoch is the exact opposite of how she was originally meant to be. Thoughts?

She has been nerfed since season 1. And yes, she's now really weak.
