Same problem, same build. Build 18252rs_prerelease.180928-1410.![]()
No. I will not roll my OS back because you can't tell the insider fast ring apart from a "Forbidden Windows kernel modification"Originally Posted by Ubi-Mullac Go to original post
Same problem here. I'm on the Insider Build as well. I can't roll back either. Looks like I'm playing PS4 for now. This needs to get fixed please.
Over 2 months and still not fixed yet? what gives? can we get access to a test version?
Awww, I guess I installed For Honor for nothing. Is there update on this? Is there work being done to fix this, or are we just waiting to see if your software cooperates with the next Windows update? I really do not care what the answer is personally - I just think you owe paying customers an explanation for why they are unable to access content they paid for.
Have the same problem here, insider also... Im not rerolling windows, This problem is on Wildlands, and FarCry 5
Yeah strange the other AAA titles like BF1 have no problem with insider? I won't roll back either so guess these games are trash now, no updates that they are even working on it or care to shows a lot!
Um, no it doesn't work that way. The game makers need to do the fix for the consumers who paid for the game (and strangely, I am one of them) Microsoft doesn't need to go fix an operating system to work for a game or two. That has to be the biggest joke of an answer I have heard. And this has been going on for two months? I hadn't opened For Honor in a while but when I read in my email (which should also say, btw, if you stay up to date with your Windows operating system, the game will not work. Please make sure to not worry about security patches or anything else, so long as you can play our games). This needs to be addressed.
I just tested and see if this would be fixed since there has been new update on windows insider preview, but sadly no.Still get the same error telling me "Forbidden Windows kernel modification detected". Oher AAA titles like said before works just fine what i have tested. This issue needs to be fixed!
