his light so fast and get full heal in 5 sec it rason it need nerf it so overpower

heal on block need buff rason its you get dmg block and you get litte heal it rason it need buff
heal on block its useless his still get heal think about dmg block his block and take dmg and get litte heal get lose 4 heal for his take 4 dmg by block dmg
it need buff it feats its really useless
