I don't know how much is it in plan to rework lawbringer during the next season, but I think he should be in a priority list. He is probably in the weakest 2-3 (the weakest one is undoubtly shugoki, the lawbringer and the raider are close seconds, and maybe the warlord is just above them), but he also can be annoying with his block-shove. If you have a bash, it's basically a free run for you against a lawbringer, if you don't have one, then it will be a very long staring contest (or the lawbringer starts to attack and die as a result). His offense is non-existent, while his defense is somewhat too easy. He also has lots of tools on paper that doesn't worth anything in a real fight.
Suggestions:
1. Remove the block shove. Nobody should start a mixup just because he managed to block something, especially if that character has so good parry punishes.
2. Increase the Blind Justice's damage to 50 (from 45). Since he is a hero built to parry, he should deal great damage for parrying. His impale ripost, however, should be brought down to 10-12 damage to decrease the amount of damage the lawbringer gets for parrying a heavy attack with a wall (currently, he gets 50+a shove for potentially more). Now, he would deal a bit less with a wall, but still very good for a heavy parry (for normal heavy parries, he either have the light for 20+chains, or the zone 25 for neutral).
3. Give him a new soft feint: from his side heavies, he should be able to go for a light attack for the different side. He would hit the opponent with the shaft for this, just like as he does during the light response after parries. It might deal 20 damage, but I don't think it should have the blind property.
4. Let him cancel the longarm during the startup (with high stamina cost).
With these changes, the lawbringer could remain a defensive hero while still having some options to attack.
