I rarely post in this forum...

but now i got to leave my two cents to some issues. Reworking heros is a good thing, if the hero is reworked properly without any flaws that make the game unplayable against and dont lead one hero to be extremely overpowered compared to the rest.

As retired Cent main (yes you are free to laugh the game feels just not right at the moment. Blocks and parries are inconsistent with some heros and with some recently reworked heros parry is ez like blocking e.g with Warden or Kensei while my parry rate is very low with Cent compared to Season 6 or 5.

Another issues that ive noticed is that sometimes sidedodge attacks e.g from Kensei, Warden, Shaman cant be guardbroken. Valk rework feels also busted to mee. I dont know if it is lag or she is just broken but once you are in her sweep combos you are done.

I played all heros except Shugoki, Warlord and Nobushi at least to rep 10 i am overall 196 reps. IŽd like to see my old Cent beeing again competitive on higher rep play.
At this time Cent feels like a toothless shakal not really serious nor competitive.

IŽd love to see public test runs before any rework is getting released, because some of the reworks are not really balanced. Actually most the reworks are flawed and feels broken to me, except Orochi he has at least a trade of for his speed.

What do you think about the recent reworks?

I am concerned about the lack of play testing and prioritization. We have 2 examples just from the last patch.

The last patch included a mile-long list of adjustments to Conquerors full block, and it included a bug that doubles it's startup delay to 600ms, making the move worthless. After deciding to change how this move works nobody at Ubisoft tried the full block to see if the changes worked. 5 seconds of playtesting by anyone who has used Conqueror would have found this.

A long standing "bug" that gave Shugoki the unique ability to override your revenge with his embrace was fixed. Bug or not, someone decided that nerfing Shugoki is a higher priority than nerfing catapult or doing Shugoki's rework. Not one person who plays the game would have thought that this is worth development time right now, so these changes are being pushed through by people who are not familiar with the game. That's not good.

You do know cents charged uppercut can knock you down while in revenge for the jumping heavy attack, it can mean instant death same as shugoki hug. Imho I think revenge should be immune to all forms of cc including raiders tackle, warlords shield charge, lawbringer toss, highlander kick/grab just everything. Even getting hit with basic light/heavy attacks from some classes can stun lock you to death while in revenge been seeing this a lot on ps4. So what's the point of revenge?

The point of revenge is to give you another chance at defeating your foes, not to make you some godly superhuman. Revenge is good as it is, you can activate it at any time if you parry good enough, and when you do, you knock down everyone trying to attack you, get extra damage, more defense, temporary health and hyper armor (not sure how hyper armor works on revenge, but it just does). If you were to buff revenge to be immune to ALL cc, nobody would play gamemodes that include the mechanic due to everyone using revenge builds to become demigods. If you want revenge to provide you with the ability to win a 4v1, no. Just no.
