I finally found some video proof. Now in this video I am playing PvAI in Tribute to complete revive orders (go figure) and Tribute matches. This bug is not a PvAI only bug I have experienced it multiple times in PvP.

It is also not just in Tribute this is a widespread bug in other words.

In the first part of the clip the enemy beserker kits the conq with a dodged light attack that kills him and negates any chance for a revive for some reason.

In the second part when it happens again the enemy Kensei feints a heavy into a side light that kills me and keeps me from being revived.

The most funny thing here, is that sometimes you could revive your teammate, who were ledged, or puted on spikes.

Aren't revives denied if the victim was already revived once?

Joined a dom match pvp on ps4 where there was a decapitated zerk running around. So I guess there’s a rare chance you can revive an executed player as well?
