Agreed 100%, it makes the turtle meta even worse.
I never got revenge in any 1vs1 match on elimination, also i have revenge build, also the enemy didn't get it. If you take that long to kill someone the problem is in other place, not in revenge. You need to learn how to open up opponents with your character.
