-- harassing -- again
I just thought this has to be brought to light of day. SPPD team (NAME REMOVED) are once again harassing one of the biggest content creators for this game (NAME REMOVED). They already forced him to quit by going after his personal real life half a year ago, and now that (NAME REMOVED) is back to making content for this game (NAME REMOVED) are back at harassing him on Facebook.
This time they overstepped all accepted boundaries by writing a letter to (NAME REMOVED)’s girlfriend on her Facebook. Where they are implying that he is obsessed with certain (NAME REMOVED) member and is harassing him on YouTube (Isn’t this hilarious? People who are harassing him trying to turn these 180 degrees, and now they say that he is the one harassing them. Don’t forget they already did back in February trying to backpaddle from all the harassment drama) however that certain (NAME REMOVED) member was the one who actually started harassing (NAME REMOVED) as a retaliation for video series he made last week on (NAME REMOVED) members quitlocking issue.
They even went as far as saying that (NAME REMOVED) is suicidal and might do something to himself, and that she should help him through this as she is the only one who can help which of course scared his girlfriend a lot. I mean everyone understands that this has nothing to do with helping him “go through this”, as there is nothing to go through and that this is just “smart” form of harassment where you are pretending you want to help someone but you really are just bullying him, trying to scare people he loves and forcing him once again to quit this game to stop the harassment.
I want to ask this community, community managers and developers of SPPD are we really sunk so low as a community that we going to allow some internet trolls to go after our real life and scare people close to us just to get back for some video a guy made about (NAME REMOVED) members cheating? Situation like this already happened back in February and it resulted in biggest content creator quitting the game for half of year.
As you can clearly see certain team in this game thinks they can’t be punished that they can cheat and harass people go after their real life and bully them into quitting. I want to ask Ubisoft: Do you really want your game to be associated with online bullying and harassment? Because now SPPD will always be known as a game where you might end up being harassed just because someone does not like what you have to say. This is not the first time this is happening, and it will continue to happen in the future unless UBISOFT reacts to this.
Here are some screenshots where (NAME REMOVED) is talking about this and posting a copy of the letter his girlfriend received for obvious reasons he is not posting original screenshot of the message sent to his GF on Facebook to not involve her any further
