Honest question how many times has shugoki been Nerfed? Here is as far as I know.
1. H feint to H guaranteed bug was fixed after tournament
2. Oni charge was disabled
3. Silent debuff of HA on the 27th I believe.
4. New season further debuff of DE

Am I missing anything?

I heard he was getting a nerf to his armor to only regen on block and it's gone when he no longer has stamina.

Not sure if that one is going through.

Shugoki is terrible. I used him for the first time yesterday and man...just terrible.

Pretty much. Or to put it another way, Shugoki has never received a single buff. In fairness though:

1. Needed to be fixed because it was broken
2. Needed to be nerfed because it was overpowered and made the character a broken nightmare to face.

3 and 4 didn't need to be done in my opinion until they released a rework for him. Straight up nerfing him to the ground without counter balancing that with a hero update that gave him stuff in return is just a horrendously bad development decision and it makes me question the ability of the devs in actually knowing how to do their jobs properly.

I could have sworn he got a damage debuff at the beginning but that is why I asked. I don't think I know his full story.
