So, a few weeks ago I had 16gb of DDR3 ram. When I had that ram, the game never crashed because of a ram related issue. I have now upgraded to 16gb of DDR4 ram and my game crashes continuously. Sometimes when I'm in a match the game might crash. And whenever I exit the game, I get an error saying it crashed because of ram. Are there any fixes to this or have Ubisoft yet to fix this problem. Thank you!

What's the exact error message that you're getting?
If you haven't already the first thing we'd advise is verifying the game files. When there's new hardware added sometimes this is required for it to be fully recognized by the game. You can do this through the steps here.
