Mine was closing down for the night, I alt-f4ed after I got spotted on an instant fail if seen mission, I don't recall any issues with cloud sync after the game closed. I launched the game the following day and just as the "your are now online" in the blue popup came on screen while on the Wildlands "press any key" screen, I started getting all the uPlay club unlocks popping up on the screen for everything I've ever unlocked.
Once opening the main menu, I saw that all my characters that had exo gear on, were now wearing the same default clothes (assuming just the next item closest to the exo gear).
When I logged in with that character I noticed all of my keybinds were reset to default
I checked my inventory and all unlockable items that were still unlocked were now showing as "NEW", this was across the clothing AND the weapons, AND the weapon mods.
I did not see any mods that had relocked, however I have them all unlocked via the store.
I saw all my exoskeleton gear was all locked including my level 30 skin, I checked my Ghost Mode progress screen and it was all yellow (unlocked) aside from the Gold skin for Tier 1.

Slight fix:
I was able to get the "clothing" items (armor, legs, boots) by completing a normal story mission that i hadn't completed on that particular ghostmode character (but was complete on my ghost progress page as my last char had done it).
This did not unlock anything from the Accessories section, however I was able to recomplete the final boss mission for that area (production I think) which reunlocked the exoskeleton spine
I have not been able to find any way to complete Sueno's mission to unlock the exoskeleton mask, tried with tier 1 on and off, have tried on various difficulties.
I have not been able to unlocked the Black/blue carbon fibre style camo for the set as this unlocked upon reaching level 30, no way to de-level to attempt this again.
Creating an additional ghost mode character, completed one mission and leveled several times made no difference either. Was hoping this might update some hidden record that a level change for my ghost mode progress had occurred.
(N.B: I only started backing up saves when this happened as I saw no need for it until I started googling for answers to my issue.)

I somehow managed to get my Exo back, by trying some savegame-copy-paste-cloud-on-off tricks. Can't remember. But the Blue Exo is still locked.
Having said that, please pass on to the devs that there are certain things that need to be looked into.
1. I can make a back-up of my save game. When I die in Ghost Mode, I can just copy my old save over the new one and "wala" I will have my Ghost Mode back.
2. Doing Tier 1 mode, I can have Tier 1 OFF the whole time and switch it ON just before completing a mission. Which grants me Tier points, but I don't actually get to risk my character. Eg. Doing the whole mission on Arcade.
They could make it so that you can not turn ON Tier1 mode in the middle of missions. But if you are playing Tier1 mode and find it difficult, you can Turn it OFF. But not ON again until the mission is finished.
So -
- Out of mission, you are free to turn Tier1 On / Off.
- In a mission you can NOT turn on Tier1.
- If you are on Tier1 mode, and playing a mission, you can turn it Off, but not On again until you complete a mission.
As a side comment, I don't blame players for doing these things as -
1. The game is buggy and losing progression to falling through the map, or being run over by civilian AI is out of players' control.
2. The enemy AI in Tier 1 mode is just ridiculous. They aren't smart, they just aimbot you from 150m and 2 shot kill you with an SMG from that distance.

Lost my suit yesterday again. It would be nice if this could be hotfixed aswell.

나이 50에 820시간으로 켐페인, 고스트 모드 tier1 레벨 1을 달성했습니다.
업데이트 15.1 이전에 uplay에서 구매한 아이템과 dlc, year 2 아이템이 신규로 표시되고 키보드 설정이 리셋되었으나 게임의 진행상황에 문제가 없어서- 새 게임 버튼이 나올때는 켐페인상태가 제대로 나올때까지 종료후 시작을 반복하였음.
ghost mode, exo suit 등장 후 바로 전에 입었던 부분이 lock이 되니 버그가 심각하게 받아들여짐.
즉 존재하던 문제가 있었고, 눈에 띄는 문제가 되었고, 고스트 모드는 슬롯이 삭제되는 위험이 있기에 심각한 문제가 된것임.
1. 켐페인 모드 저장 파일의 로컬과 클라우드 비교 판정- 매우 심각
2.uplay, dlc, season pass, year 2 로 획득한 장비의 초기화
3. 엑소 슈트의 고스트 모드에서의 리셋과 켐페인 모드로의 이전, 이미 획득한 파트의 소유권 문제

tenho o mesmo problema exo liberado + skim azul,porém o jogo travou a skim e a cabeça do exo esqueleto.
no modo campanha sumiram pentes estendidos,magazines,supressores,punhos e etc que estavam 100% liberados.
resolvam isso começou a a ocorrer depois da atualização.

I lost my exosuit while preforming alt-F4 while playing normal mode coop, not ghost mode at all. I decided while loading that I wanted to relaunch the game instead of reloading. When it relaunched it treated all my unlocked gear from purchases or loot crates as new items. However the exosuit was missing. Ghost mode overview shows the requirements as complete, yet it is locked in the character inventory screen.

I have the same issue too. Unlocked the Exo Spine. Went back to play 5 hours later and it's locked again?? It's like all my grinding was for nothing! I feel like being slapped in the face.
