Did this happen for you all before the update 15.1 on July 31st or after?

I obtained my full Exo set on July 27th, lost it the same day.

Also mine was after the July 31st patch, I think I had only just started ghost mode at that point..

"I have the same issue and it happened prior to the Aug 6th patch. It has still not been rectified.

I had some success with re-completing a boss mission which seemed to trigger the "clothing" exoskeleton unlocks to come back. I was then able to re-complete "production" (I think) which would unlock the Exoskeleton spine which worked.

However I'm still unable to trigger the Exo Mask to unlock when beating Sueno in either Ghost or regular mode, either Tier mode disabled and enabled (the latter was mildly terrifying to say the least).

I also can't think of any way to try re-unlocking the level 30 blue/black colour scheme for it as I can't de-level myself to try."

Please explain exactly what seemed to happen that caused the exoskeleton to be lost. Currently the team is looking into it from the perspective that dying in Ghost Mode on the character that has the items causes them to become locked again. Did that happen in all cases?

In my case, i'm not died in the Ghost Mode.

I only entered in Normal campaign, and when i returned to Ghost mode, all my exo itens disappeared.

till now had em locked after dying... and after the lost save bug when the save game suddenly disappear and there is only new game option and we have to to the cloud thing or restart the game till it see our save again

So here is the break down for my Exoskeleton issues...

Ghost Mode launched started Character 1 ... dismantled the Security Section to 100% and was awarded the Exoskeleton Boots and died a short time after. The boots remained unlocked for approximately 24-28 hours into Character 2. During this time I opted to and dismantled Smuggling to 100% and was awarded the Exoskeleton Legs ... a short time (within hours, this included a game restart or two) after Exoskeleton Boots locked out, this after running into the Save Game "bug" and inevitably I died again ...

Characters 3 & 4 were lost due to me screwing around so we'll ignore them ... As a note the Exoskeleton Legs remained unlocked even after the loss of these two characters.

Character 5(6) is an anomaly and I'll explain that in a moment ... So this character hammered out and dismantled Production and Influence to 100% each and was awarded the Exoskeleton Spine and Chest. I "re" dismantled Security to 100% and the Exoskeleton Boots unlocked again for me - Not an optimum solution but it worked. Now just before I completed the Influence Section I died. I'm not proud and yes I did rage quit like an idiot, I think we all have those moments at some point.

Alt+F4 is a little too convenient sometimes.

I restarted the game a few hours later and my character was still present with all current Exoskeleton unlocks present (Boots, Legs, Spine) - At this point I was just "re" unlocking the Exoskeleton Boots. I continued with Character 5(6) and finally defeated Sueno and was awarded the Exoskeleton Mask/Helmet. At this point all items are unlocked and Character 5(6) is "alive."

I quit for the time being and then logged back into the game this afternoon and the Save Game "bug" hit me again as its been a common problem. Some times the "Fix" recommended by Ubisoft works ... other times not so much. This time when the bug made its presence known to me yet again ALL of my Exoskeleton pieces are again LOCKED.

My last Ghost Mode Character, Character 5(6), is still alive just after defeating Sueno currently sitting in ITACUA Echo and is playable at Tier 47 ... Exoskeleton is locked on that Character now.

I've had parts lock after death and now I've parts lock in general without having died.

In my case, I got the top part of the exo suit, then died. After starting a new file I still had that part and got the exo pants on that same day.
Next day when I entered the game, all my parts were gone. After a fast travel I got back the exo pants but not the top part.
Today I got the exo suit spine (so I had pants and spine, but still missing the top part),
decided to take a quick break, but when I restarted the game all my parts were gone again

Also another issue that maybe has to do with this problem, everytime I enter the game all the UbiClub rewards notifications pop in and when I check my inventory almost every piece of gear that is not default shows as if it was new. When I start the game on the main menu, the campaing and ghost mode options say "start a new campaing" instead of "continue campaing" but the save files are still there.

I hope this helps to figure out the problem.

I'm inclined to agree that there might be a link in the Saved Game/Settings "Bug" and the missing items.. I jumped back in to my Ghost Mode Save - Tier 45 now and completed an Intimidation side quest this caused the system to unlock, all be it just for that session the Chest, Back, and Boots. Helmet/Mask and legs were still locked, I was fine with that, I logged off to fix dinner and came back to the same issue as Ryuuzant stated my saves were MIA again and my UbiClub rewards were ticking off as being issued for the first time and all the Exoskeleton Components were locked once more.

As a side note: I've disabled the Cloud Syncing for the time being and I'm still experiencing the Save Game/Settings issue... It corrected the issue for about 3 game sessions (Play time approx. 45 min - 3 hr each session).

I have unlocked the whole set with character in slot 1. Started new character in slot 2 (char 1 still alive and well), died with #2, lost whole exo. Replaced saves by backup from previous day and everything is back now. Replacing saves from backup seems to also fix the "New game, New uplay rewards, controls and HUD reset". Whenever that happens, I turn off the game and load the latest backup, delete all .upload and .delete files and voila, everything back in working order.

This might heavily imply issues with cloud save sync.

Have you relogged the game? Some players "solved" this problem only for a little time, after they entered the game again, the items disappeared again.
