I've already opened a ticket with customer service, I just want to see if any other PS4 users are having the problem. Both a friend and I found last night that when we go to customize a piece of gear (paint,emboss,etc.) that the framerate takes a significant dive.

Might be while it's loading assets maybe? Does it continue once the customisation has been applied?

Yes, it's a constant and never-ending issue

Same here, at least that's is how it was last night. I will have to check it later today but huge lag in customization menu.

To be more clear on this, it's not even an issue of applying a customization. If I go into any customization menu (select the 'left arm' for example) I experience major framerate drop.
