[PS4]No Faction War Troops Rewarded After Matches | Forums

Hi,
Just wondering how the investigation is going. I still am not receiving any troop rewards after matches. It's been 18 days and would like to hear if any progress or acknowledgment has been made in regards to this issue. Much appreciated, thank you.

Thank you. I appreciate the effort. I'm also worried that since this bug/error affects my account not being able to contribute to the faction war that I will not receive any rewards if this issue persists through the end of the seventh campaign. If any other information is needed on my end please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you guys.

I've been having the same issue of not getting troops after PvE battles.

Do you have PlayStation+ / Xbox Live Gold?

At the moment I don't have PlayStation Plus, did they make it where you can't participate in the faction war if you play against AI?

I am unsure. I hope to have a response from the For Honor team soon. Did you previously receive troops without having PlayStation+ while playing against AI?

Yes, I was able to get troops from PvAI without having PlayStation plus.
Pretty much all of season 6 I played without PlayStation plus and I contributed troop to the faction war.

After discussing this with the For Honor team the conclusion is that the Faction War is an online feature, and you do need PlayStation+ to interact with that content. If anyone has PlayStation+ or Xbox Live Gold and is unable to receive troops, please leave a forum post here or send me a PM.

Well, i find this very strange. So if it's not a bug, why have i been receivinging troops from the very beginning of the game,every season, always without PS+?
Was receiving troops all that time being a bug then? I even remember some distant patchnotes talking about lowering the amount of troops receiving from PvAi!
For example when i finished a brawl match on top of the leaderboard, the troops received always was 60 troops, after the lowering it was reduced to 50 troops. This was all a bug then?
I actualy don't buy this explanation.
As stated by others, receiving troops was a big motivation for playing the game. Can i go back the way it always was?
