Simple question:
Why on earth does he have this much hyper armor at his attacks? Isn't he an assassin?
Not that problem when i play heavy, but to play also assassin against a good zerker... thats not fun

Same,it's so annoying to see these berserker players abusing hyper armor and you can't do anything about it. I don't care about historical accuracy,remember that we have a ****ing Shugoki who can hug and step on people (shugoki best waifu). You don't even need to be rep 50 to play him good,just spam attacks and profit. I'm not asking for a hyper armor nerf since you're all obsessed with historical accuracy. You want that? Fine,but at least slightly nerf the speed of his attacks so that you can do something about it,you can't stop his chain even by blocking (meanwhile aramusha is crying in a corner). That's just my opinion,I know I'll be slaughtered for this post.

I think that the spam mentioned isn't real spam, but his basic mixup game here. It's however really a fact that the hyperarmor is a bit too much, at the very least he shouldn't have them on the 400ms lights. I was killed so many times by those, when I predicted that the zerker won't follow through with the bear mauler's finisher and hit him with a light (which basically means I eat the heavy if I am wrong, so it's not without risk), and he indeed feinted it, but he could immediately hit me with that. That's basically an answer for anything but directly waiting for it and parrying it. He needs the hyperarmor during the chains, not for every move.

I agree. Zerk is too strong. Very unbalanced. If you don't parry his very fast attacks , you cant punish him and you are gone.

his feint work is just made to make you react...do it unwisely and you get this kind of post.... What the hyper armor shouldn't do in my opinion is to protect him against deflect

I'm using Berserker now, I am REP10 and still haven't master its movements, I feint very little and I get punished incredibly hard for that.
Berserker has a nice combination of Light and Heavy attacks for an average player to block (or get hit by) the lights and parry the heavies if the Berserker does not feint. If the Berserker feints it is a bigger pain in the ***, but that is high-level play and in no case a Berserker can kill you with lights in a single combo.

If I had to complain, I would complain about the light-spam-festivals that Orochi, Valkyrie or Conqueror are before complaining about the heavy-light combo of Berserker.

So no, not OP, you just probably haven't learnt how to play against him yet.
