Me and my cousin can't enter our invitations.It says "Failed to join group. Try again later"

Hi there. What platform are you playing on? Are you and your cousin in the same home? What NAT type are you both showing?

ans 1:we are using pc both ans 2:no we are in different cities ans 3:green text

but still.. failed to join the group.
