I always thought def pen negates the defense on the other player.. so they have 8 def on their armor and you have 7.8 def pen their defense is now .2, is this correct?
I read something saying that that wasn't right...now I'm confused. In chat someone said something about parry etc but I couldn't see it all cause it disappeared...

Am I missing something with it??
