    Hey,

I found your case and have added the credits for you as I can see you never got them.

To me, because you used "and in", this means that we should receive 3000 prestige credits once for hitting Tier 1 in campaign mode AND once for hitting Tier 1 in Ghost Mode (twice total, and no more). If it is for hitting Tier 1 once - and only once - then it should be "once for hitting Tier 1 in campaign mode OR Ghost Mode, but not both."

Depending on who is talking/writing, some staff say it's the former, and some staff say it's the latter. Please put all your collective heads together, come up with a unanimous or majority ruling, then officially confirm what it is once and for all. After that, perhaps create a one post thread for that ruling that is stickied for everyone to always be able to see.

Until you are all on the same page so that no matter who we speak to, we'll get the same (official) answer, nobody is going to be happy when they're told they won't get credits when someone else did, and you're going to continue getting flak until the cows come home. Be 100% consistent: it should be for everyone or for no one!

By now, it's obvious that this is an ongoing thorn in many of our sides (and yours too since you have to deal with us constantly) and really needs to be resolved and finally put to rest one way or another. If in the end, the official ruling is for the latter, it is best to go the whole nine yards and correct those prestige reward screens in game as well or you'll (and we'll) still never hear the end of it. As long as those screens advertise what the rewards will be, the player is led to believe that they deserve to receive those rewards after a long grind. And why shouldn't they? Wouldn't you?

Like I wrote in another thread:

"Don't advertise something that you're not going to honor, or just honor what you advertise. Nobody likes to be misled."

Upon reaching Tier 01 in Ghost Mode today I also did not receive the 3000 prestige credits as clearly stated in the various menu screens of the mod. Received only 300, so I am still owed 2700 prestige credits. Submitted ticket 08135099.

The statement from Ubi-Froggard also clearly states what are the conditions under which one receives 3000 prestige credits.
