This wouldn't be the first time I put up a ticket regarding stuff like this; people using Chronus Max in the Division, and I've had this exact same issue in regular campaign and didn't get my points. Some guys I know never got their points despite submitting tickets.

Hey all,
This issue was resolved in the October update but if anyone had the issue prior to this, please create a support ticket here so we can get them added manually for you.
Please note, you can only get 3000 prestige credits once for hitting Tier 1, this is in campaign mode and in Ghost Mode.
@MidnightExigent I found your support ticket and have added the credits to your account now. Your ticket will close automatically in 4 days but you can reopen it if you need to by updating it again.

Hello, I have same problem. Today I finished Tier 1 in Ghost Mode, I got gold paint for exoskeleton suit and cobra paint but instead of promised 3000 prestige credits I got only 300. I sent ticket to support so I hope that Ubisoft can solve that problem.
