[Tier 1 mode] Where are my prestige credits? | Forums

I retract my previous statement, because its clearly not just a matter of adding an extra zero to the existing code.
I understand that the current Tier mode system awards 300 for each tier regardless, and that code needs to be altered and amended to exclude points awarded to tier one.
So as not to add 3300 prestige points.
And an additional couple of lines of code need to be added and amended to correctly add 3000 points when reaching Tier one.
So yeah I retract, the above alterations required would probably take a competent programmer about half an hour to complete.

If you get to Tier 1 in Ghost Mode, please tell me if you do not receive 3000 Prestige Credits.

I made it to tier1, and only received 300 prestige points. It started very cool that I would receive 3000 points. Can you correct this please? This is in regular campaign, but it still states it.

This is an issue that we are well aware of and it's been reported to the development team. We certainly do care about this and are doing our best.

We'd also strongly recommend you screenshot the page we need in order to investigate and send this to our Support Team.

As we look into this in order to see how we can resolve it, you can continue the conversation with support on a separate thread here.

If that's true. then why did UbiGabbin make the above comments??
And why when I called Joshua from Ubi support in London claim to know absolutely nothing about this issue??
Futhermore, why did you lock my Forum post entitled "The great prestige point heist" and not allow me to respond directly to your reply??

Its not hard to add a zero to a program code is it guys, i'm not sure exactly what your working on there??

I have reached tier 1 in regular campaign and only received 300 prestige points rather than the 3000 promised. I see that someone already posted a screen shot earlier in this thread. I need to know the steps to take to get this fixed

I made it to Tier 1 in Ghost Mode, which it indicates on the Ghost mode screen below El Sueno, and I did not receive my 3000 prestige credits. It just gave me the 300cr from going from tier 2 to tier 1.

hello today reached tier 1 in ghost mode also did not received 3k prestige only had 300 prestige from lvling 2 to 1st tier lvl so im missing 3k as reward

its shocking its still not fixed and how long i have to wait thats embarassing

So i have the same problem. i started a new campaign, and started tier 1. im now at 29. and have not gotten any prestige points. thats 20 lvls. thats 6000 points i dont have. when/how am i going to get them?
