tonight I was finally able to reach Tier 1 in the - you guessed it - tier 1 mode. I should have received 3000 prestige credits for the last step from tier 2 to tier 1. Yes, I know that the prestige credits are buggy and I often had to restart the game to see and use the correct amount. But not today, the last reward is still missing. Can I expect a patch for the last hotfix of the last patch of the patch before? Thanks in advance...
I don't see any indication that going to Tier 1 provides 3000 prestige credits rather than the 300 credits awarded at other levels.
hm... I'm pretty sure it was displayed just like the 300 cr + materials (gas, food etc) on other tier level steps. Unfortunatly i did not make a screen shot. I can only see it directly displayed in the new ghost mode reward overview.

The reason you can only see it in Ghost mode menu is probably because its only awarded in ghost mode & not regular campaign.
If you get to Tier 1 in Ghost Mode, please tell me if you do not receive 3000 Prestige Credits.

eisenkarl1975 is right. In normal Tier Mode when you are Tier Lvl2 it shows you in upcomming rewards, Skin grey pyton and 3000xp prestige. I reached Tier1 yesterday and was awaiting 3000 xp. I got the 300 xp and was dissapointed. Unfortunately I made no screen shot before as I was not expecting any problems. But you should easily be able to recreate that. If you are wondering wich upcomming rewards view I mean I will post a screenshot of my current screen. Of course now it shows that I have reached Tier Lvl 1. a friend of mine is Tier Lvl 13. When he reaches Tier Lvl 2, I will post a screenshot of what is displayed.
So... since I was forced to re-play all the way up to Tier 1 a second time due to the savegame desaster I took the opportunity to make some screenshots to prove my point.
You can see clearly that the reward for reaching Tier 1 in the base game (not in ghost mode!!) should be a weapon skin AND three thousand prestige credits:
In this case I only received the skin since the prestige rewards are available only one time:
To sum things up, dear Ubisoft, you owe me...
- an apology for the mess you made
- 2700 prestige credits as Tier 1 reward (I got 300 in the first run, see first posting)
- 1600 blue credits (the real money variant), since I purchased 4x Tier 1 Boosts in my first run, which are wasted due to the savegame loss
- 600000 resources from all four types (food etc) since I upgraded at least five weapons to max level in the first run (120k resources from each type are needed to fully upgrade one weapon)
Oh and before I press the Reply button: the only working "fix" for the savegame issue seems to be the deactivation of the Uplay overlay in the Uplay settings. Since I tried this workaround I could start from the right savegame every time. You should post this method in the sticky post!
Hello UbiGabbin and other Ubisoft Wildlands Forum Staff, I have my screenshot of this and I have not yet lodged my support ticket in relation to this issue. However I am in contact with many people in the community and I have advised many of your customers to take a screenshot of thier Tier2 page. I dont believe your unaware of this issue in the slightest and know perfectly well that the in game graphic suggests the reward for reaching Tier one in the normal campaign mode is 3000 prestige credits. If you do genuinely not know about this issue then you are not qualified to hold your current position as Wildlands Community Forum manager or whatever it is you do there for Ubisoft. Please stop misleading and ripping off your loyal customers. Don't you think its about time you guys all actually made yourselves aware about the games that you are managing and maybe actually played them. Perhaps senior management could consider hiring people to do your jobs that actually care about the community and the games your company produces for that community to play??

This is an issue that we are well aware of and it's been reported to the development team. We certainly do care about this and are doing our best.
We'd also strongly recommend you screenshot the page we need in order to investigate and send this to our Support Team.
As we look into this in order to see how we can resolve it, you can continue the conversation with support on a separate thread here.
If that's true. then why did UbiGabbin make the above comments??
And why when I called Joshua from Ubi support in London claim to know absolutely nothing about this issue??
Futhermore, why did you lock my Forum post entitled "The great prestige point heist" and not allow me to respond directly to your reply??
Its not hard to add a zero to a program code is it guys, i'm not sure exactly what your working on there??
