I already finished the mission once but failed the shotgun challenge so I want to restart.
I can't restart the mission to complete the solo challenges. When I start the mission it goes to the "Search Dengoso's apartment", it register when I go to Caimanes Echo as part 1/3, but can't reach 2/3 since it skips the camp part.
I saw that there is other people with the same or similar problems, but no solution for that specific case until now.

Please see if you can do the first part in Caimanes and then manually assign the second section from Libertad.

i have a really annoying bug on operation archangel..after i interrogate the radio guy and clear out the reinforcements of helicopters...the action music keeps on going and i cannot interact with agent Twitch..the mission is stuck i retried five times with the exact same result and i'm lost..i don't know what to do here.

oh yeah when i arrive at the camp, twitch strolls directly to the objective and waits at the door till i arrive...npc's ignore her when she walks into the camp like nothing happened

replay mission might need some trick since the solo challenge chainted from no 1-3, the "Search Dengoso's apartment" is part 2 of operation in Libertad area, for your trick, see mission on Libertad, un-assign the Operation/mission, go to Caimanes area and assign/replay the mission part 1 that asking deploy to Caimanes Echo.
Went to all challenge only to get Voice Line '"Ancestor", the operation really break my Tactial and steatlh stats and caveira shout really caught big attention to auto alert hunted sometimes. LOL

there is 2 reason why your music playing and mission stuck (Which is happen to me too before) :
1) there still some hostile remain hiding or idle that needed to be kill (dunno why they AI go numb), so there you might need to seek for this sicario, if confirm area clear then see point no.2
2) some chopper might flew away from battlezone, happen to me when iam on extreme difficulty and hide for health regen, then somehow the only 1 left chopper was flew away (perhaps no alert like engaged but only hunted caused this) in this state, you must quit to main menu and restart the mission again. yeah, pain in the a**

and so it is, that was that problem took out the drone and it seemed that the ai were idling in the woods like you said.
