Sometimes (so far only tested in Dominion), when I re-spawn, I can't use my active feats. This bug lasts until the next time i re-spawn after which it seems fixed until it randomly occurs again after a re-spawn. I am sorry in advance if this is a known issue, I skimmed the known issues but didn't see it.
