I'd like to start by stating that I am new to these forums and I have no idea whether there is even a point in putting forward suggestions or not. However, one who does not shoot, will never hit. Or something like that...
Anyway, I purchased Wildlands a few weeks ago during the steam summer sale and more or less fell in love with it. However, having played the game for like 80 hours (probably not as much as many of you out there) I did feel the game slightly lacking here and there in terms of vehicles, attachments and some other things. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot to choose from, but still.
The suggestions:
1. Give the R5 RGP select fire (semi-auto).
I quite like the looks of this particular rifle and to me, it feels like an improved P416. The P416 however, probably due to it being the starting rifle, has pretty ****ty damage stats. The R5 RGP more or less makes up for this, however, being restricted to 'automatic' I find myself using the M4 and P416 anyway. It would be nice (and it would make sense?) if we got the option to use semi-auto for this particular rifle.
2. Allow the player to use more colour combinations for other parts, when choosing ''black'' as primary colour for your rifle.
I quite like to have a black rifle with coloured parts around it, however, at the moment the only other available colour is grey. It would be nice if we could combine black with light brown, brown, kaki and so forth. This wouldn't require much effort and would make me a happy man.
3. Add an ATV.
In the game you can currently find motorcycles, which is nice, but ATV's, to me personally, always felt more tactical and more logical aswell. They're slightly larger, could carry two persons if necessary and more importantly, more equipment (not really relevant for this game, but still) . I just feel like the ATV is more tactical, having said that, I am sure many people in the community would love to see an ATV, given that I feel like many people like the 'tactical' or more 'realistic' approach to things, if that makes sense. Maybe immersive is the right word? I am not sure.
4. Add some form of saving to the upcoming Ghost Mode.
I really love the idea, I do: but with a game in which you can die so incredibly easily, I do feel like it should save at some points. I am not asking for an option to save progress yourself. It doesn't have to be every 20 minutes either, but atleast after every boss or something like that. Just imagine dying in the final mission (I did a few times on my initial playthrough). If I am not mistaken, this would currently be the most frustrating thing imaginable, given that you'd have to start all the way from scratch. Feel free to prove me wrong if I am wrong, but from the blogs I read it appears that this is the case.
5. Add a scarf like the ''DM scarf'' of which you can customise the colour.
I like the bandana, but once again it doesn't feel ''tactical'', I personally prefer having myself and my AI dressed more like real soldiers and not bandits. The scarf is perfect if you want to cover your face, but only having the option to get this very civilian looking one kinda sucks. Once again, I am sure quite a few people would love for this specific item to have more customisation options in terms of colour and surely it wouldn't be too much effort to implement this.
6. Bipods
I do believe I have seen this suggestion before, but having the option to put bipods below snipers and LMG's would be very nice aswell.
7. Plate carrier that allows the player to put an emblem on it
It would be nice to have body armor that allows to player to put an emblem or a patch on it. Just like good old UK' mr has on this image: http://www.gearzonetactical.com/asse...RC-G36-CT2.jpg
