The devs are not aware of a lot of things honestly. So I doubt they were aware about getting impale on heavy parry considering the timing on it is very strict. They probably are also not aware that you can get both shaman and zerks zone on a heavy parry.

The devs are not aware of a lot of things honestly. So I doubt they were aware about getting impale on heavy parry considering the timing on it is very strict. They probably are also not aware that you can get both shaman and zerks zone on a heavy parry.

They must be aware, because when parry changes hit, they adjusted timings on all LB parry followups to keep same guarantees as pre-change. Prior to that, they specifically made it guaranteed from heavy parry maybe two or three months after relase, part of first LB buff.
