Way back when there was testing for the dedicated severs the community reached the 100% reward. An emblem outline was one of them and we were promised to get them later on at some point. Did players get rewarded the outline at some point already?

If you participated in the test, you should be able to go For Honor, click the Club Rewards section and unlock the emblem outline from there.
