    *Removed* off the running out ********.

    Its getting really ****ing old where the heroes all rush outside and gib most of the team without even being detected.
    Either make it instant detection, no running out, or they get killed instead of detected after the two seconds.

    And dont start with the "get better" ****, because Ive had diamons and plats on my teams killed by this ******** playing against bronzes and silvers.
    Its as bad as the shield window glitch.

    Drone better. They fixed it so you can't spam defenders for points so find location and get your drones out of there and go camp run out spots where you're spawning. Be ready upon spawn to shoot where they will peak from.
    That being said, I still think it is a cheap tactic and don't rely on it myself, and 99/100 times I'm ready for it. I don't think it needs to change any because of the small 1% that it works against me.

    Bet these guys run their drone straight to site even once they know where it is, use your drone to cover peeks and run outs. If mid game run outs get you use claymores on groups that do it. It's really not that hard to counter and is a big part of the game.

    Yes, it is a big part of the game. However, it's a very big NEGATIVE part of the game. I can't stand to play ranked anymore because all it is are a bunch of spawn peeking try-hards and run outs. The game doesn't actually track the countdown correctly either, and that's a huge issue. Players that know how to do it can abuse this to stay almost entirely undetected. Claymore's aren't always a counter either, they are easy to spot. They should buff the claymore by taking away the red lasers on it, and also reduce it's activation time once it's placed. They aren't really that viable anymore, everyone knows what to look for.

    While I believe that carefully approaching from spawn is something that is and should be necessary, I do believe the sheer amount of run-outs does negatively impact the gameplay, due to the degree at which people do it. Claymores have been updated so that you can place them more flexibly, so turning them so that only 1 laser is showing is possible now, which helps. That said, the 2-second timer is too flexible. I suggested in previous posts that since Lion's drone hangs overhead for the entire match if he's in, that it should effectively change the spot timer from 2 to 0 when people run out. Not only would it be a great deterrent for run-outs, but it would also be very easy to program for Ubisoft. Below is pseudo code; I know your in-code collections/properties are different, but you get the idea.

    if (ingame_ops.Contains("Lion"))
    {
    spot_timer = 0
    }
    else
    {
    spot_timer = 2
    }

    Run outs have always been an issue but they don't happen as bad down in the silver levels of play. When I was playing in high gold, it's all you see. But since it has never been addressed I have just become numb to it and don't even bother getting annoyed anymore. What does irritate me is DOC and Rook sitting in a corner of their spawn pixel peaking with damn ACOGS. Why do defenders need ACOGS? Its so easy to just sit there staring at a tiny spot in a window and door that an attacker has to breach to get to the objective. It doesn't take any skill or team work. I'd love to see the pick rates for both characters now just like I'd like to see Jeagers pick rate before and after having an ACOG.

    Man...we just had this thread about a week ago. This poor horse has been beat to death mercilessly.

    I dont like run-outs either. However, this has been a contentious issue for years with no change. Furthermore, once you get use to it, its easy to counter.

    Prevent defenders from running outside of the building for the first 10 seconds of every match.

    As soon as a defender steps out of the building it should instantly be revealed to all attackers.

    Stop the toxic call of duty run and gun gameplay, the defenders should not be encouraged to play 10 times more aggressive than the attackers.
