I had gotten the game when it first came out and have recently re-downloaded the game and noticed i have items which you only get through having the Season pass but i am unable to access the new heroes because it says i don't own the season pass, but obviously at one point i did.
any help with this?

Please include any proof of purchase you have when you do as it allow us to investigate this swiftly.
