i am rank 34 in the tier rankings and it keeps telling me that after ranking up i get 300 prestige credits but everytime i check to buy a prestige crate, it keeps telling me that there are none added after getting a notification saying 300 have been added and so im wondering if that is a bug or it doesnt go through and i dont know whats going on and i have restarted my game but nothing happens

I have this problem when completing targets in ghost mode on ps4. 3 targets complete and no prestige credits.
