There is literally no way you could spin this situation into a story where the community would be sympathetic to you. You knew the rules (you signed them), you broke them anyway and now you're punished for it. To try and compare to the gore and violence of the game is a very false e equivalent. We expect violence in a fighting game. It was always part of the dream about what this game would be. Guess what wasn't part of that dream? Meatswords.

Straight from the For Honor Code of Conduct:
    Forbidden Conduct
    • Any language or content/picture deemed illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, racist, sexist, ethically offensive or constituting harassment is forbidden. This includes use of the above via user generated content tool like the emblem editor, on the forums, via the in-game chat, or over VOIP.

Just because the game has an M rating doesn't mean you get to make emblems of that nature. All other instances of emblems you've listed are as equally susceptible to the rules as the emblem you created.

Additionally, bans are not issued on the first instance of this type of violation. The emblem would have first been reset on you account and a warning would have been issued to you stating that your emblem was against the rules. Only on second offense would a temporary ban be issued. This means that you had to have willfully broke the Code of Conduct a second time after being previously warned.

I highly suggest you take this time away from the game to reflect on some better ideas for emblems. r/ForHonorEmblems is full of great ideas I'm sure you could take a more appropriate form of inspiration from.

I guess the last one I reported got his penality right? Because it was far more threatening than some male organ flag.

That's something only the support team would know, but would not be at liberty to share details on.

Ban well deserved from the sound off things. I don’t want to look at a males Johnson, even if it’s hung like a horse, no matter how crudely it’s made with a emblem editor when I play games. Same goes for female parts too. The game is Rated MA15+ (Aussie rating system) for strong bloody violence, not sexual references. Maybe go play Playboy or something if you wanna look at genitals
