Damn Right! When I saw they say maintenance I was just thinking they are gonna fix this!

Well why would they fix it ? They never bothered to fix the crossbow bug that still exists to this day and I reported that in November 2017 with videos and a reliable way to create it.

Basically they don't bother anymore to listen or fix such bugs.
You need to take this into account and make regular saves - I made a batch file which I double click whenever |I want to preserve my saves. That way when your suppressor disappears you can recover it - only way I know how right now

My guess is that when they added the all new skull suppressor attachment to some of the snipers, it bugs out all the custom snipers (acquired from tier mode or crates), hence their equipped muzzles is now the default ones. For the normal snipers, all you need to do was to go into the loadout menu and change the attachments. But since Ubisoft did not add that feature to the custom weapons, this kind of bug happens.

Just lost mine today

In my case, do shot with suppressor still attach --> remove my suppressor --> do one/more shoot with the gun --> travel to safe house

Many of weapons don't have any problems so far because players can equip muzzle parts again. But there are some weapons that players cannot customize in gunsmith screen. In my case, Desert Tech HTI BDC doesn't have suppressor any longer.

Here are steps to reproduce:
1. remove the suppressor from any weapons (weapon A)
2. change to another weapon
3. change it back to the previous weapon (weapon A) again
4. you'll see there's no suppressor on it.

Is a big problem because I have to use the desert tech hti bdc without suppressor is a bad glitch

OK the actual bug appears to be the stock muzzle which is bugged.

Try this : select the BFG50A. In menu select stock muzzle and then look at the options when aiming. Yup ... no 'F' option!!!

That is a bug and to prove it look at your assault rifle eg. M4A1 . Do the same thing. You will note that the F option is still there. Of course it is because the 'F' option simply swaps stock muzzle for suppressor.

The sniper rifles were like this too until now.
So what appears to be happening on the gunsmith guns is that the suppressor is being removed by the same function that the menu option removes it. And that removes the F option so you can never put it back since you have no access to the menu method for all gunsmith guns.

It appears to only affect sniper rifles although I have not gone through all other suppressed weapons, just the ones I use.

When experimenting remember to zip up your save files. Also note if you start again or revert to another save slot your lost suppressor will likely return. So get into the habit of saving regularly.
