Wildlands is set before Future Soldier.

Believe me, I share your sentiment. They've always been loose about it with some events not lining up. For example, the war in North Korea (GR2, Xbox version) and the Third Echelon Conspiracy (SC: Conviction) taking place in 2011 and the Mexican Civil War (GRAW & GRAW 2) and Blacklist Attacks (SC: Blacklist) taking place in 2013. GRAW, Conviction, and Blacklist also portrayed different people as president of the United States (James Ballantine in GRAW and Patricia Caldwell in SC) during the same period. Honestly, there are too many inconsistencies to note in a single comprehensible sentence.

I'm not entirely up to speed on Rainbow Six's timeline, but its inclusion probably muddies up the waters even more.

trust me this is fine in my opinion because at least end war is no longer considered canon cause that game just toke the whole timeline and nuked it from orbit

Rainbow Six Siege doesn’t even have a timeline anymore lol what we know is that Rainbow was deactivaded and reactivaded at some point in time because of the white masks, but that’s it.

This timeline issues are crazy but that’s something they not only do on games but also in novels for example, Joe Ramirez died on Combat Ops but appears alive in Future Soldier. It happens the same for Splinter Cell. The novels and the games have timeline issues. The Splinter Cell crossover may add more problems to it.

However what OP is saying is not correct, there are no errors between the timeline of Wildlands and Future Soldier, he just believes that Wildlands takes place after FS for some reason and that the Moscow thing is talking also related to FS when in reality Bowman is talking about the first GR game, which is something they touch in the novel Dark Waters, that's how she knew to called the Ghosts.

Again, there’s nothing wrong with the timeline (in this case) I don’t not know how you think you are right because what you say doesn’t make sense. Why are you so sure that Bowman is talking about FS? The first GR was about the Russian War which the Ghost’s where involved on. On FS it was a different problem.

“She (Karen Bowman) had previously briefed Lt. Colonel Scott Mitchell on ties between the Santa Blanca Drug Cartel and the Free State Amazonas, telling him they may have need of his operators as a last resort.
Her previous experience included working in Moscow at the time of the coup, where it was rumored that the Ghosts had intervened”

    Coup:
The 2008 Russian war was a large-scale war initiated by Russian Ultranationalists. They were opposed by a United Nations task force, spearheaded by the Ghosts.

The ultranationalist Dmitri Arbatov undertook a coup and became President.
Dmitri Arbatov was an Ultranationalist who became President of Russia in 2008. He and his forces conducted attacks to bring surrounding regions back into the Russian fold. He was resisted by a UN force and the Ghosts. As the Russian army was pushed back, Arbatov was removed from office by his supporters and Moscow was liberated. He was apparently executed by the military following the defeat in the Baltics.

On FS we are after the Raven's Group members, we are not part of the coup.

White Razor (last mission of Ghost Recon) takes place in Moscow Russia.

except in ghost recon wildlands nomad and team mention that kozak's fiance amy left him and took his stuff

in future solider Amy and kozak are still dateing it isn't revealed that she left and took all his things until ghost recon choke point which takes place after future soldier

so either amy left kozak and took all his stuff prior to wildlands only for them to get back together and be reengaged between wildlands and future soldier only for her to leave him and take all his things again after future soldier

If that's the case kozak is a moron and Amy is a heartbreaking thot

I’d like some must-stealth missions where you have to locate some Cartel Lts and tail them to secret coca-processing facilities and distribution centers, sneak in and plant beacons, then get out unnoticed so that the cartel doesn’t have time to start moving anything before HAWX moves in and firebombs everything.

Also, Bowman names the Bodark as providing training for La Plaga. This is problematic considering the Bodark literally took everybody by surprise in Future Soldier so it's really strange to see them being mentioned here. I think that's an error that Wildlands takes place after Future Soldier, there's too much inconsistency.
