Themes you would like to see for Special Operations 3 and 4? | Forums

Since there's already Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six-themed Special Operations, what would you like to see for the next two Special Operations updates? It'll be nice to have a The Division-theme update since The Division is a Tom Clancy series and The Division 2 is releasing in 2019. I'm not sure how Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed and Far Cry would fit in the Ghost Recon/Tom Clancy universe though but these would be interesting too!

Too be honest i wish they'd drop that goofy stuff and make an authenticity update. Hire a few former/active spec ops guys to check over what authenticity aspects the game is missing. Listen when they talk about the weapons they used, how they used them and what attachments they ran. Same goes for gear. Do some actual scaling of the REALgear,and make sure they're the right size and looks right. Ubi had our hopes going up when they released the authenticity trailers, but sadly it didn't live up to it.

Well, for themes... I'd like to get the active camo and magnetics (would be hell to engineer into the system, so not gonna happen) and go after Bodarks working for El Sueno.

Even as an Assassin's Creed fan I really don't want to see a crossover between those two. Neither any other Ubisoft game at this point. Just stick to Ghost Recon and don't use it as a promotion for other franchises for a change... try to hit the nail on the head of what you were selling when promoting GRW...

How about no Crossovers anymore and release realistic Spec Ops Missions instead.
And as some of you already said: Fix the Stuff that's already ingame... Goddammit.

expand on the idea of breaching buildings. all these network buildings and other potential sites could be tied together in some sort of terror network plot. and when the missions are finished with, have these locations respawn there enemies and door coverings so we can breach them in free roam just for funzies. i haven't done all the network stations in the base game yet, but it appears to be the case that once they are done, they are done. i want the option of coming back and doing it again, over and over.

Apparently there is a new item added that is Watch Dogs themed. I'm not sure why is it there and not something else, let's say The Division. Aside of that, we also have Far Cry 3 themed tattoo.

Watch Dogs is all about hacking and WD2 was basically kinda play the robin-hood role by taking down a security company that spies everything in your life. So in this case, it's possible to be applied since Ghosts are also all about high tech gadget and hacking. WD2 crossover could bring a theme of taking down corrupt Bolivian government staff that have relation to SB.

If it's Far Cry crossover, then probably about cult.
