I wish that after every death in Ghost Mode the game grants you, say, a 5th of the skills you unlocked when you died. So if you played on GM and unlocked 10 skills and died than the next time you start GM you start with 2 skills that you can chose freely, or something along those lines. so after playing this mode enough you start beginning with better and better skills.
But as others said - the entire purpose of the side content is for unlocking stuff. if you had everything from the start (as in NG+) than those missions would be pointless and even need to be omitted... and that's kinda throwing 60% of the game out the window. it's a gimped game.
The best solution, if you ask me, is that you would start with all skills unlocked but no added weapons. the resources you collect can be converted into unlocking weapons (a faster way than collecting them), unlocking rebel skill or converting them to Prestige crates. All side missions will give you resources that would go into unlocking stuff - in-game or in prestige credits.
Would make a heck of a lot more sense, if you ask me.

Hello everyone here's my answer to your questions.
Yesterday, I purchased the Skill Points Pack for 800 and the Resource Pack for 800 with my Wallet using the in game store in Ghost Mode and placed my points where needed. Now once you die you lose everything all skill points & resources get wiped back to ZERO NOTHING IS SAVED!!! So I'm waiting for Tech Support to write me back as I Requested a Refund and I'm still waiting for there reply, I'm sure they got their hands full!
I hope my info helps someone and on my end I hope it gets resolved soon.

And you not really answered the question did the skill and resources vanish from the game after you used them?? Try starting a new game and see if the skills and resources are reusable this is what we need to know! (In the normal game not ghost mode or ghost war)

I remember reading it somewhere, possibly the store itself stating if you buy any resource pack & use it in GM & die. It’s gone for good.

Its a one time thing on whatever Mode or Character you choose.
Once you buy them they will be applied to either the character your using or the character your about to create.
I came in late to the Wildlands thing and bought one of each with my Gold Edition 800 credits!!
So yeah I basically wasted my free credits because I didn't understand anything.
Just like everyone who plays this game for the first time, because in this title there is a very steep learning curve!!
