The new meta for winning is drones and SR635's. That gas n drones classes with more firepower than assaults spells my demise. For an old assault guy like myself its time for retirement my sun has set. .
Its been fun while it lasted and lots of good memories. Met some cool people along the way, now on to another game. DevilDoc signing out!
Sadly I think as well they made assault classes useless now. It’s a joke, I am ok on giving more weapons and good weapons to support classes. But taking away AS it makes the assault less versatile and weak. No more flanking and no more pushing when it is necessary. CAMPER SHOW now.
And all the happy kids now are the one who doesn’t have hands to shoot but certainly had to write and complain on forums .

No I was happy they took AS away. I just knew the gas was my end lol. Not taking it to heart at all. i still think they (Devs) put in amazing work. I just had a feeling it wouldn't be good for me and its not so I am moving on. Not crying just sharing my input.
Now if u are calling me a B for that? Then that is on u bro. But its easy to say things over the net when nothing can be done about your choice of words.

I am calling crying B all those users who complained about AS before this update as this brough Ubisoft to lisent their complains. AS was not unbalanced. Anyone could equip it or not. I do appreciate the 99pct of this update but really can’t understand why nerfing the AS
The Surgeon class and Toxic risk un-balancing the game play regarding strategic play, and encourage Call of Duty run and gun style play IMHO...there are already games for this...I love Recon because it has separated itself from COD/Battlefield, and reminds me of a mix of old Recons, and SOCOM. Maybe it was just me, but I sold several friends on how balanced most of the classes felt on GRW...and now, I feel like every team has to have at least a Tech and some form of medic--likely a Surgeon---to compete evenly. This is the crap BF1 does...you get used to airplane controls, and one day they are completely different? The WW1 tanks no longer kill enemies half the time because hit detection has been morphed? That is why all my buddies quit playing that game...there was some good stuff to the updates 9there and here), but I will not be surprised if many people get tired of the new classes, and quickly leave this game. Just look at Far Cry 5--- they may be fixing stuff they broke, but not many people are returning to find out (ME INCLUDED!) It is up to your Devs to screw this up or fix it...sadly, I am starting to realize that with Ubisoft games, my past experience is it is a little too little, a little too late...hoping it is not the case with Recon---HUGE FAN BOY since Recon one---so is my clan that recently started playing Friday Night Recon again---first time in years!
