I don't really care if the character transforms exactly like the opponent to make the animation easier. For those who are good at for honor it would add spice. When I choose a character to play it's because they are fun to use in some way. Hell make it a feat. Idc. Give it to the worst assassin...because assassins use disguises right?

Actually... that's kind of a cool idea for a feat. A timer akin to the Kensei's unblockables. When activated it has the player mimicking the weapon and moveset of the hero they have targeted; so, it can only be one of four heroes in any game.

Yes or something to that effect is what I've been getting at.

I'm not a fan of the idea. I think each hero, new or old, should go full throttle in a specific direction. That's what makes them unique, and by extension appealing. Nothing exceptional was ever something-else-but-watered-down.

I think it would be cool if a character had the ability to pick up another persons weapon and use it similar to Shang Tsung Or like the hack that was going around only the character would always look the same.
Well, if he will start the round with a bare hands, and have to kill someone with it to claim their weapon, I'm ok with this guy.=)

A character that fought with bare hands but used his opponents weapon for executions would be pretty sweet.

I really hoped, that monk char will use brass knuckles as weapon. But all we have this boring Bo stick (no offence, if someone like new Shaolin char =)).

Kensei and Shaman are both jack of all trade characters, damn good ones too.

Really there are a couple things I'd like to do. First kill someone with their own weapon second impersonate: be an imposter..probably not possible considering people would get confused and might report their team mate for something I did
Third just be able to switch characters in or after a fight.
