Hey guys I've been having the same issue as well lost access to some of my accessory for my guns as well as lost access to putting my suppressor on my desert tech hti.
As of 13th August, still have no suppressor for the desert tech hti and others.
Lost 10 hours of ghost mode when save slot vanished.
Deleted and reinstalled the game with no return of equipment.
Just dropped into GRW again tonight only to find all my progress on the campaign has disapeared. I only see the 'New Campaign' button.
What's the latest on getting a fix for this?
No Silencer on HTI
No Big Mag on Level 25 Tar or any gun
No Compensator on assault / smg etc

Seems to be a lot of issues with this game deleting save files. You'd think that by now Ubi would have some sort of fix in place, or plan to compensate those affected. I've had a ticket open since my save file with 88% campaign completion and 92% of collectibles recovered was lost. That was back in December. Since then Ubi has refused to do anything to fix it or unlock the weapons and attachments I had from the campaign, but they have threatened to take action against my account if I don't stop asking for a resolution to my issue.Originally Posted by Puggers571 Go to original post
So I have reported to ubisoft about my Desert Tech HTI lost its suppressor. I have recently purchased the custom sniper from the stores weapons pack. It comes with 3 sniper rifle, the SRSA 1 Black Widow, MSR Thermite and L115A3 London Call. I like to use the black widow and I made the mistake of taking off the suppressor and guess what, no more suppressor. I'm more upset about this then my HTI cause I bought this, I feel I was robbed out of my money. They need to fix this fast cause it's been a month already since I reported this promblem.
Any company happy to take a customer's money, but slow to provide follow up when the product is faulty usually does not have a long term future.I'd say keep on them.
