I know I am not the only player with this issue. I play GR:W on Xbox One and eveyone I know, including myself, have lost multile weapon accessories after the most recent update...most of which are extended mags or all weapons. Even if we go back to the weapon case location to retrieve it again, obviously it doesn't show up because the game knows we unlocked it previously. So, are we all stuck with having the basic magazines, never to upgrade them again? My friend and I have put hundreds of hours into this game, only to log on and see some of our progress is gone...I am sure everyone that will read this can feel our frustration. And by the sound if it, a lot of players have lost more than just weapon mags...I feel lucky to have only lost that type of progress and not an entire campaign.
This happened to me to and Ubisoft said they would fix it and nothing has changed. Typical Ubisoft

I have had the same problem with this. My desert tech hti does not have a suppressor anymore and when i go into the gunsmith it does not show anything to change. It shows the threaded barrel and nothing else, not even the compensator that is seen once i exit the menu.
I’m having the same issue except for i cannot put a suppressor on any weapon anymore. The game is basically unplayable at this point I just had to get off and I guess I’ll stop playing until this is fixed.

Same here. All my upgraded magazines are missing. I'm way into the game and now my sniper rifle holds 10 shots instead of 20 and my assault rifle holds 20 instead of 50. And I can't go back and get them. WTH??
I lost some of my weapons today that I got yesterday and the gameplay is choppy with moments of screen cutout
I reported this issue Monday. Same for me. No magazines an no help from ubisoft
